Grasslands and pastures

During the good weather, our cows have a constant supply of pasture near the barn.
Grazing has multiple functions: increases the sensation of well-being of our cows by facilitating the cardiovascular,
muscular and respiratory activity, lending them greater vitality for facing winter,
a delicate period for this animal from a health viewpoint.

To guarantee a uniform nutritional quality, after they come back from the mountain pasture
we feed our cows with organic hay grown with
dedication by the family of Lorenzo, owner of Agrisalus, in its 15 hectares of pristine meadows.
